Paint a Frankenweenie Pumpkin with Elmers Painters #Halloween

At Halloween time, I like to use a combo of standard pumpkins and pumpkin pie pumpkins.  Naturally, I don't want to cut into the pumpkin pie pumpkins or put too much detailing on them as the end plan is to cook them.

Often we'll decorate them with stickers or simple ribbon bows, but I've also found that stenciling with Painters Pens is a great way to add more personality to the pumpkin, without having to cut off too much rind later when prepping to cook.  This year I used Frankenweenie templates for inspiration (because the movie rocks and the characters are cute.)

I scaled the Frankeweenie Sparky template to size using the reduce size feature on my printer.
Basic supplies that you need to stencil are 1) stencil template, 2) pencil, 3) double sided tape, 4) scissors and 5) Painters Pens (color selection is up to you)

Simply cut out the template around the edges and tape onto the pumpkin where you want the design to be.
